We arrived in November, the penultimate month of the year, but don’t worry, because there are still things to visit and discover this 2017. And as Henry Miller said, "One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things", I'm going to tell you the destinations you can go to this month.

International Balloon Festival

Whether in couple, with friends or family, the International Balloon Festival is a great option to take advantage of the last long weekend of the year.

From 17th to 20th November, the International Balloon Festival will be held in Parque Metropolitano of León, Guanajuato; this event has become the most important hot-air balloons festival in Latin America, and even the sky becomes happy when there are more than 200 colorful hot-air balloons for 4 days in a row. This festival has everything, including the Mexican rock band Café Tacvba, who will be in concert on November 19.

If you have a tent, we recommend you to bring it because inside the park there is an area designated for camping with an extra cost, which includes access to the facilities where you can spend the night, entrance to the park, the hot-air balloons show, the concert and other festival activities. The check-in time is at 12 o'clock and the check-out time is at 10 o'clock in the morning.

Corona Capital

For music lovers, on November 18 and 19, the Corona Capital music festival will take place in Mexico City.
Each year, Foro Sol opens its doors to great bands of rock, punk, metal and electronic music. It's a festival that you must experience at least once. There are still tickets available at Ticketmaster and you can check the departure times of Grupo Senda bus lines.

Guadalajara International Book Fair:

And for those who think that traveling is like an open book, from November 25 to December 3, the Guadalajara International Book Fair will take place at the "Expo Guadalajara" exhibition center. This Book Fair is the most important editorial meeting in Latin America and an extraordinary cultural festival.

During nine days, the city is filled with music, art, cinema and theater from the Country that serves as the Guest of Honor; which this year is Madrid, Spain.
